We love all animals great and small

we’re dedicated to sharing that passion with you and our community

We Care

Well-loved by locals for decades since its days as 'Mogo Zoo', today Mogo Wildlife Park is much more than your traditional zoo. Our passion for the welfare of wildlife is evident in the immaculately maintained grounds spanning over 70 acres, and the expertly curated habitats for the 300 animals that call Mogo Wildlife Park home.

Conservation

Most of the animals you'll encounter at Mogo are part of programs dedicated to protecting their species. We care for over 300 animals at Mogo to safeguard their populations against habitat destruction in their native habitats around the world.
For example, less than 2000 Silvery Gibbons are left in the wild - in their native homes in the rainforests of Southeast Asia, and yet, Mogo Wildlife Park has a thriving colony that welcomes new gibbons most years.

COMMUNITY

Mogo Wildlife Park exists to bring together people and animals, and we are driven to share our love of wildlife to inspire everyone to take better care of our planet. Throughout the year we have openings for park volunteers, click the link below to apply.

Our Animals come first

We are home to more animals from across the globe and care for some of the world's most endangered species.

Mogo Wildlife Park is dedicated to protecting the futures of many vulnerable and threatened animals. We take pride in our role as custodians of some of the world's rarest animals.

Our animals are like family to us. We ask that all visitors show our animals the respect we do. Click the animal profiles to meet some of our popular species and learn a little about them before you visit.

EXPLORE ALL OF OUR WILDLIFE PARKS

our three parks all an easy drive from Sydney, and there’s endless opportunities for you to see more of your favourite animals from all over Australia, and across the globe.

Mogo Wildlife Park is proud to be part of the Australian Wildlife Parks group, sharing  Hunter Valley Wildlife Park and Featherdale Sydney Wildlife Park as sister parks. Being a group allows us to focus on safeguarding even more threatened species, moving animals to the most suitable areas and leveraging all three parks' resources for breeding and conservation programs. Importantly, it means YOU get to explore more stunning regional NSW destinations while discovering a whole world of amazing creatures. Our parks focus on different varieties of animals, so there are always new and beautiful animals to meet at each location.

Hunter Valley Wildlife Park is under two hours from most of greater Sydney, while Mogo Wildlife Park is just 4 hours from the Southern Suburbs of Sydney.

Make it your goal in 2024 to explore all three of our parks with an Ultimate Explorer Annual Pass, which gives you and your family over $330 in bonuses and unlimited visits the three wildlife parks for a whole year!
